Cozy rooms with great amenities, such as a steambath and a complimentary mini bar. Fantastic location in the heart of the cultural district, with easy access to historical sites and authentic restaurants.- Friendly and helpful service from the receptionist.
Difficulty navigating the hotel due to its complicated layout and lack of clear signage. Dimly lit rooms and outdated furniture/bedding.

There is also Senado Square very close to this hotel. 150 feet away there is The Eight. The view from the window was panoramic.

We really enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel, with nothing to fault, and had the option to dine at nearby restaurants like the seafood buffet.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 5, star hotel in Macau and were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were both clean and well, maintained. Our private facilities were top, notch, with a huge bathtub and mini, waterfall, plus a beautifully designed steam shower. the room was also outfitted with automatic light blocking blinds and a bedside light panel for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
the reception and concierge service personnel seemed affected by the crowds and were more 'mechanically' efficient rather than providing a personal touch.

The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was surrounded by various attractions and shops, making it convenient for exploring the area. the interior of the hotel was beautifully designed with a contemporary old-style theme, which added a unique charm to the stay.
The hotel had a smoky environment, especially in the casino area. the heavy cigarette smoke made it unpleasant to spend time there, and even caused discomfort during our visit to the casino bar.
